Platform terms
These terms govern access to VehicleLoads, listings, paid features and communication between customers and carriers.
1. The service
VehicleLoads is an online marketplace operated by UAB IT prekyba. It helps customers and independent carriers find each other. Unless expressly stated for a specific order, VehicleLoads is not the carrier and is not a party to the transport agreement.
2. Accounts and user responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, use the platform lawfully and have authority to publish the vehicle, route or available capacity. Carriers are responsible for licences, insurance, vehicle suitability, cargo security and compliance with transport rules.
3. Listings, offers and transport agreements
A listing is a request or availability notice, not a guaranteed booking. Price, timing, loading conditions, insurance and transport payment must be confirmed by the customer and carrier. We may hide or remove misleading, unsafe, duplicate or unlawful content.
4. Paid features and payments
The price, billing period and supplied access are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the named provider. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply where required; digital access already activated with consent may affect the available refund.
5. Moderation and suspension
We may restrict or suspend an account to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. Users may contact support to request a review. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, listing accuracy or another user's performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions and complaints may be sent to info@autovezejai.lt.
