Answers for arranging vehicle transport through VehicleLoads
VehicleLoads is a marketplace for customers and independent vehicle carriers. A customer can publish a car, van, motorcycle, truck, bus, trailer or specialist machine with its route and condition. Carriers decide which requests fit their equipment and journeys, then submit offers. VehicleLoads provides the listing, search, messaging, document and progress tools; the customer and selected carrier verify each other and agree the transport contract directly.
Topics covered in this guide
- Publishing one or several vehicles
- Running and non-running vehicle information
- Carrier offers and direct messaging
- Carrier profiles, documents and insurance checks
- Membership and single-contact access
- Collection, delivery and condition records
- Accounts, invoices, privacy and reporting problems
Four checks before accepting an offer
- Confirm the carrier's legal identity and current contact details
- Ask what insurance applies to the exact vehicle and route
- Write down the total price, payment method and timing
- Agree collection access, vehicle condition evidence and delivery handover
The marketplace helps you connect, but it does not replace verification
VehicleLoads does not select a carrier, become a party to the transport contract or guarantee information supplied by marketplace users. Before accepting an offer, both sides should verify identity, authority, vehicle details, insurance, dates, price and payment instructions. Keep important decisions in the shared conversation and never act on an unexpected request to send money to changed bank details without independently confirming it.
Frequently asked vehicle transport questions
Which types of vehicle can I publish?
You can describe cars, vans, motorcycles, trucks, tractor units, buses, trailers, campers and specialist machinery. Include dimensions and weight when standard model data may be insufficient.
Can I publish a vehicle that does not run?
Yes. State whether it rolls, steers and brakes, whether keys are present and what loading access is available so only suitably equipped carriers quote.
How do I choose between carrier offers?
Compare the full price, timing, carrier identity, relevant insurance, loading method, reviews and payment terms—not only the lowest number.
What should I do if payment instructions suddenly change?
Pause the payment and confirm the change using a previously verified phone number or another independent channel. Report suspicious messages to platform support.
