VehicleLoads is a marketplace. The customer and independent carrier agree the transport price, insurance, timing and loading conditions directly.
Clear marketplace pricing for customers and carriers
Customers can post vehicles for free. Carrier membership costs €14.99/month, or a single vehicle-load contact can be unlocked for €4.99. No commission on transport agreements. VehicleLoads separates the cost of using the marketplace from the transport price agreed with a carrier. Customers publish a vehicle and receive offers without paying a listing fee. Carriers can choose recurring marketplace access or unlock only the contact they need. The selected carrier sets the transport quote, and both parties agree the service, insurance, timing and payment terms directly.

Marketplace fee and transport quote are different
Customers can post vehicles for free. Carrier membership costs €14.99/month, or a single vehicle-load contact can be unlocked for €4.99. No commission on transport agreements. The marketplace charge gives a carrier access to contact details and platform tools; it is not the price of moving the vehicle. Distance, vehicle dimensions and condition, loading equipment, timing, ferries, tolls and available route capacity shape the carrier's separate quote. VehicleLoads does not add a commission to the agreement between customer and carrier.
Pricing and payment questions
Does a customer pay to publish a vehicle?
No. A customer can publish the vehicle, route and preferred dates without a listing charge, then compare the offers received from independent carriers.
Should a carrier buy membership or one contact?
Membership suits regular marketplace use and includes the stated daily contact allowance. A single unlock is intended for a carrier who needs only one particular listing contact.
Does VehicleLoads take a transport commission?
No platform commission is added to the transport agreement. The customer and chosen carrier agree the transport price, scope, payment and contractual terms directly.
Is the carrier's transport price included in membership?
No. Membership or contact access covers use of the marketplace. The actual transport quote is issued separately by the carrier and depends on the specific vehicle and route.
