Vehicle transport marketplace

How VehicleLoads works

Publish a request, receive matching carrier offers and agree transport details directly in a structured workspace.

A clear route from request to transport

1

Describe the vehicle and route

2

Receive or find a matching offer

3

Confirm details directly and track the work

VehicleLoads is a marketplace. The customer and independent carrier agree the transport price, insurance, timing and loading conditions directly.

From a transport request to an agreed vehicle movement

VehicleLoads separates marketplace tools from the transport contract. A customer describes the vehicle and route; independent carriers decide whether the request fits their equipment, capacity and journey; the customer compares the available proposals. The selected parties then agree collection, delivery, insurance, vehicle-condition records and payment directly, while the workspace keeps offers, messages and progress connected.

The complete marketplace flow

  • Publish accurate collection and delivery details
  • Describe vehicle type, size and running condition
  • Match the request with carrier routes and capacity
  • Receive or submit a clear transport offer
  • Check carrier information and ask operational questions
  • Agree the contract, timing, insurance and payment
  • Record progress, documents and completion in the workspace

Confirm these points before transport begins

  • Identity of the customer, carrier and collection contact
  • Exact vehicle condition and suitable loading equipment
  • Collection window, delivery estimate and access limits
  • Total price, payment terms, insurance and condition record

VehicleLoads connects the parties; the parties agree the transport

VehicleLoads provides listing, search, offer, messaging, document and progress tools. It does not become the carrier, choose a carrier for the customer or impose the transport price. The independent carrier and customer remain responsible for checking the information and agreeing the final contract. Paid platform access is shown separately from the price of moving the vehicle.

How VehicleLoads works: common questions

Does VehicleLoads choose a carrier for the customer?

No. The customer reviews the available offers and carrier information and decides whether to contract with an independent carrier.

When is the transport price agreed?

A carrier submits or communicates its proposal, and the customer and carrier confirm the final scope, amount and payment terms directly.

Where should collection and delivery details be recorded?

Keep the agreed locations, time windows, access instructions and important messages in the shared transport workspace whenever possible.

What should happen when the vehicle is collected?

The parties should identify the vehicle, record its visible condition, confirm keys and documents and verify that the agreed loading method is suitable.
