Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use the VehicleLoads marketplace.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
We process account and profile details, listing and route information, offers, messages, transaction records, security logs, IP address, device information and cookie identifiers. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by VehicleLoads.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to provide and secure the service, publish and match listings, enable communication, process purchases, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Optional analytics is used only with consent. Contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent are applied as appropriate under the GDPR.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Data is shared only with users involved in a requested marketplace action and processors needed for hosting, authentication, email, payments, analytics and support. Processors must protect the data. International transfers use safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the service, account security, accounting, fraud prevention and legal claims. Retention periods depend on the data category and mandatory law. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority.
